By using Branova Forms you agree to these terms.
1. Your account
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be authorized to act for your organization.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service. See our Acceptable Use Policy.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of your forms and submissions. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and process them to run the service.
4. Plans & billing
Paid plans are billed via Razorpay per the pricing shown in-app. See our Refund Policy. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.
5. Availability
We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law.
6. Termination
You may cancel anytime. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
