Branova Forms ("we", "us") is part of the Branova Business Suite. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and your rights.
1. Information we collect
- Account data: your name, email and organization details when you sign up.
- Form & submission data: the forms you build and the responses your respondents submit, including any files they upload.
- Usage & technical data: IP address, browser/user-agent and activity logs used for security and analytics.
2. How we use it
To provide and secure the service, deliver notifications, process payments, and improve the product. We never sell your data.
3. Data isolation
Every organization is logically isolated. We do not share one organization's data with another.
4. Sub-processors
We use a hosting provider and a payment processor (Razorpay) strictly to operate the service. See our Data Processing Policy.
5. Your rights
You may access, export or delete your data at any time from Settings, or by contacting us. Deleting your organization permanently erases your data.
